As a professional individual who works an average of 50-60 hours per week, the only way I could manage preparing for my wedding was to utilize the web. Your web site was very easy to navigate -- this was my first positive impression! I found an excellent variety of invitations from which to choose as well as invitation and reply set wording to assist in the creation of my invitations. This was certainly a big help. Due to the time pressures I was under, I chose also to order ribbons for my favors as well as personalized matchbooks for the reception. Your web site is truly a one-stop shop. I was able to do this all from my PC in New York! Amazing!
As far as the invitations, ribbons and matchbooks are concerned, they are exactly what I was looking for and exactly what I ordered. People can sometimes be "wary" of ordering a product without seeing it, but you delivered a high quality product, to my specifications, without a hitch. They really look beautiful! Hi Lano! The motorcycle invitations with the little boy and girl on the front are fabulous! We're putting a photo of us on our Harley on the top inside part of the invitation. It's absolutely the most perfect wedding invitation for us since our honeymoon will be the HOG Big Dam Tour in September with over 500 other Harleys. You have excellent customer service. I don't believe we ever got a voicemail. You always answered the phone and were always so quick to respond to emails. Thank you for everything. After finding out that our printer in Hong Kong let us down (with only five weeks to the wedding) I though it would be a real pain trying to find a replacement. However, after a little searching on the web, I discovered your site. The site has most things you could possible want (think of) and is well laid out. Anyway, after spending a couple of hours searching through I found what I was looking for and you confirmed that delivery to Hong Kong wouldn't be a problem. Well, it wasn't. The printing took place quicker than I could imagine, and you were very conscious that it all went correctly. My fiancee is very pleased with all the printing, and I have scored some serious brownie points in sorting it out. Many thanks for all your hard work, and I would recommend you without hesitation.
